The Florida Career Pathways Network is a membership organization for educators, employers, and workforce development partners involved in the advancement of Career Pathways, Career & Technical Education, and other related education reform initiatives.

FCPN assists its members in the planning, implementation, evaluation, and improving of secondary, post-secondary, and adult transition programs by pooling the resources of the state’s leading practitioners to provide a network of communication and resources for new and existing programs.

Florida Career Pathways Network (FCPN) is excited to host the FCPN Annual Symposium on January 12-14, 2022, at Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa in Stuart, Florida.  This beautiful beachfront resort offers ample opportunity to interact with participants in cozy but luxurious comfort.  The sponsor/exhibitor area is located in the high-traffic zone outside of the large conference meeting space and breakout rooms.

v  Best practices for planning and implementing career and technical education pathways in secondary, postsecondary and adult education that build bridges to college and careers.

v  Focus on providing our network of educators with theoretical and practical support for understanding and establishing policies and initiatives by pooling resources of Florida’s leading practitioners.

v  Format designed to promote an open exchange of information for sharing best practices, scenarios, generating ideas and facilitating engaging conversations between both attendees and sponsors.

v  Network of over 180 leaders, early adopters, and influencers in career and technical education.

v  Participants include:

o   Secondary school district administrators, staff, teachers, and counselors

o   Postsecondary administrators, staff, faculty, and counselors

o   Business partners and community members

You are invited to share your career pathways and CTE best practices with educational leaders and practitioners from around the state at the 2021 Florida Career Pathways Network Conference (FCPN) Symposium to be held at the Hutchinson Resort and Spa in Stuart, FL, January 12 – 14, 2022. 

Breakout Sessions represent the core of the conference offerings and feature a successful practice, program, or key issue. Breakout Sessions are 45 minutes in length, may include up to 3 presenters, and are intended for 20 – 25. participants.  Each Breakout Session room will be equipped with a projector and screen. Presenters are to provide own laptop/speakers if needed.
